Orders placed until 2pm (Lisbon time) are dispatched on the same working day.

We offer free express worldwide shipping on orders over 250€ for non free shipping zones.

How can I confirm that I have placed my order correctly?

Thank you for buying Harbor! As soon as you complete your order, you will receive a confirmation email which includes your order number, characterized by a cardinal followed by 5 digits (for example: #99999) and a summary of your purchase. If you don't receive this email within 24 hours of your purchase, there has most likely been an error with the email address you provided. Also be sure to check your Spam box as it is possible that you received the email there.

How long does it take to process my order?

Available items will be dispatched within 1-2 working days of your order being confirmed, except for orders placed during the weekend or local holidays. In these cases, the order will be processed on the next working day. Your order is our main concern. As soon as payment is validated and confirmed, Harbor begins preparing the order so that you can receive it as soon as possible.

The delivery time may vary according to the country of destination, with 3-5 working days for Portugal and Spain.

What payments methods are accepted? 

International customers can pay through PayPal, Apple Pay and credit/debit card. Portuguese customers can use all of the above mentioned payment methods, as well as Multibanco.

How do I know which size will fit me best?

Our shirts are designed with a fluid cut, guaranteeing comfort and style. We recommend that you choose the size you usually wear. For more details, see our size guide available on each product page.

Can I exchange my product(s)?

During the Christmas season, exchanges and returns are accepted until January 15th.

Yes you can! Exchanges have a maximum of 15 days upon order delivery. As soon as the item arrives at our HQ and successfully passes our quality control, we will contact you by email to let you know if the item you have chosen to exchange is available.

If so, we'll send you our IBAN number so that you can pay the shipping costs and the difference in value between the items (if the model you've chosen is more expensive than the previous one). As soon as we receive proof of payment, the new item will be sent to the address you provided.

For exchanges, please follow these steps:

Send your item together with the invoice to: Alameda da Música n30, loteB, 4D, 1750-414 Lisboa

Send an email to harborlisbon@gmail.com with the following information:

- Full name

- e-mail address of the person you wish to contact

- Telephone number

- Address where you would like to receive your new item

- Invoice number and date

- Reference and size of the item you wish to exchange.

- Reference and size of the item you wish to receive

How can I return items from my order?

As soon as the item arrives at our HQ and successfully passes our quality control,we will issue a gift card for the value of the returned item, which will be sent to your email address.

Returns have a maximum of 15 days upon order delivery. If the item you have chosen is already sold out at the time of the exchange, you can choose other items available for immediate purchase on our website.

Shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

For returns, please follow these steps:

Will items marked Sold Out be replaced?

We're sorry that the item you wanted is out of stock! Harbor does not intend to restock out-of-stock items. However, in the event of a return, items that were previously sold out on the site may become available online again.

What should I do if I have received an incorrect product?

If you have mistakenly received an item that was not included in your order, we sincerely apologize. In this case, please contact our customer service at harborlisbon@gmail.com.

What are the care and washing instructions?

When purchasing Harbor products, we recommend that you consult the washing instructions for the item in question.

In order to prolong the life of your garments, we have the following suggestions:

1. Wash garments with different colors, textures and materials separately.

2. We recommend that you take extra care, especially with white, light-colored, embroidered and textured garments.

3. Always wash your garment by hand in cold running water. Do not soak the garment or keep it damp.

4. Dry in the shade and in a ventilated area.

5. Here are some extra tips according to the material of our shirts:

Linen: This natural fiber offers a comfortable feeling of freshness, is resistant, not very elastic and very absorbent, which is why it is common to see it in our summer garments. We usually recommend washing it by hand because it has a strong tendency to shrink and wrinkle.

6. Harbor cannot be held responsible for the misuse of its articles or for washing them incorrectly.
